Landlords who sign a new 3-year Guaranteed Rent agreement with Apex in September or October 2025 will receive a £1,000 Golden Handshake for every property they bring on board. There’s no cap – one property means £1,000, five properties means £5,000.
Payments are made after the third consecutive month of rent has been paid by Apex, ensuring a smooth and secure start for both parties.

Contracts must be signed between 1 September and 31 October 2025.
A minimum 36-month Guaranteed Rent term is required with no break clause.

Not valid on renewals, pre-agreed agreements, or for any property introduced via agents or representatives.
Does not apply for blocks/buildings of more than three units.
