We act as the operator between landlords and councils, managing the day-to-day operation of properties and facilitating inspections, compliance processes and ongoing oversight in collaboration with landlords. Apex operates as the coordinating housing operator between local authorities and property owners. We manage the day-to-day operation of homes used to meet housing demand, providing a consistent point of contact and oversight throughout a placement.
Local authorities work directly with Apex to access suitable, well-managed accommodation, while landlords lease their properties to Apex under guaranteed rent or rent-to-rent arrangements. Apex manages the operational interface, supports inspections and compliance processes in collaboration with landlords, and oversees ongoing property management.
This structure reduces complexity for both parties and helps ensure homes are managed consistently and responsibly over time.
