If something in your home needs repair, please follow the steps below. Reporting repairs or maintenance issues clearly helps us respond faster.
How to report a repairs or maintenance issues

What to include in your message
To help us deal with the issue quickly, please include:
Your full address
A short description of the problem
Photos or videos showing the issue (if possible)
When the problem started
Clear photos and videos help us assess the repair and may reduce delays.
Office hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Please report all non-urgent repairs during these hours.
Out of hours – emergencies only
(Evenings, weekends and public holidays)
If you have a genuine emergency maintenance issue outside office hours, please call:

Examples of emergencies include:
Severe water leaks or flooding
No power due to a fault
No heating or hot water in cold weather
Serious safety risks
Important – read carefully
Do not call the emergency number during office hours
Do not use the emergency number for non-urgent issues
Calls made incorrectly or unnecessarily may be charged to occupants
Gas emergency
If you smell gas or believe there is a gas leak:

This number is 24 hours and should be used instead of contacting Apex.
