Repairs and Maintenance

If something in your home needs repair, please follow the steps below. Reporting repairs or maintenance issues clearly helps us respond faster.


How to report a repairs or maintenance issues

What to include in your message

To help us deal with the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your full address

  • A short description of the problem

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if possible)

  • When the problem started


Clear photos and videos help us assess the repair and may reduce delays.


Office hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Please report all non-urgent repairs during these hours.


Out of hours – emergencies only

(Evenings, weekends and public holidays)


If you have a genuine emergency maintenance issue outside office hours, please call:

⚠️ Emergency use only


Examples of emergencies include:


  • Severe water leaks or flooding

  • No power due to a fault

  • No heating or hot water in cold weather

  • Serious safety risks


Important – read carefully

  • Do not call the emergency number during office hours

  • Do not use the emergency number for non-urgent issues

  • Calls made incorrectly or unnecessarily may be charged to occupants


Gas emergency

If you smell gas or believe there is a gas leak:

This number is 24 hours and should be used instead of contacting Apex.
