It’s been an exciting summer for us here at Apex with several key changes to our business that sees us continue to grow and strengthen our team to deliver on our commitment of providing a consistent supply of quality, well-managed and compliant properties throughout London. We’re keen to continue growing our partnerships with all local authorities, working together to address the housing needs of our communities.

Internal Process Update
We are delighted to be launching a new, London based Property Management team from mid-October. Each experienced property manager will be dedicated to their own portfolio to create long term relationships with our local authority partners and tenants. This decision will provide a single point of contact throughout each booking with a commitment to delivering improved property conditions through more frequent and effective, communication.

Reservations
Adam Green and Hanek Virdee will now be sending our available stock for reservations.

As part of our new process, properties will only be offered to you once they have been inspected by our Property Liaison Managers. We will also be including as many images as possible along with all compliance documents so that you have confidence when making a reservation.
