Vatche was appointed as CEO of Apex by their Private Equity partners, BGF, in 2023 and is responsible for providing overall strategic, financial and operational leadership for the guaranteed rent provider. Apex has undergone significant transformation under Vatche’s leadership, including growth of their portfolio, introduction of new services and development of the brand to now become one of the market-leaders in the industry.

Vatche with almost 20 years of property experience within the UK, having previously been part of the team leading one of London’s largest lettings and estate agencies.

Vatche’s strategic vision continues to drive Apex's mission to provide high-quality, compliant housing solutions throughout London, ensuring consistent growth for the business while continuing to build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients. Creating a vision for success, Vatche strives to provide inspired leadership and foster a culture of performance, development and progression.

Vatche has a keen passion for sport; still managing to play football, tennis and boxing on a weekly basis. His passions include travelling to Greek islands, his specialty gourmet barbecues and his love for Arsenal! In his spare time.

Vatche is also President of the London board of SOAR (Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief); a UK charity helping provide humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenian children and adults with disabilities throughout the world.
