Showrov Abul

Showrov - everyone knows him as Show - joined Apex in June 2024 as a Senior Property Consultant. He looks after property acquisitions, meets with landlords, agents, and introducers, and works to negotiate and secure Guaranteed Rent Agreements (GRAs). With a background in business and finance, plus a solid track record in the property world, Show brings a sharp and strategic approach to everything he does.

He’s passionate about building strong relationships and finding the right opportunities for Apex to grow. Whether it’s securing a new deal or spotting potential in a property, Show’s always thinking a few steps ahead.

Outside of work, Show’s a big traveller and loves discovering new cultures. He also creates content for social media and is a massive film fan—he jokes there’s not a movie out there he hasn’t watched. He’s also into fashion and used to own a fashion brand online store.

Fun fact: while at university, Show won a startup competition with an idea for a new payment method. He went on to present it in Milan against top universities from across Europe—and won. The idea ended up being sold to the Bank of England.
