Katie Keene

Katie was appointed CFO of Apex in January 2024 and has since worked closely with the new Executive Team and Private Equity investors to restructure the business. Vatche, Mike and Katie have successfully on-shored all team members with a bright and experienced UK based team. Together, they are building a business with the needs of Landlords, Tenants, and Councils at the heart of every decision.

Katie is ACA-qualified, having trained at KPMG, and brings a breadth of cross-industry finance experience spanning Retail, Technology, and Professional Services, across Listed companies, Private Equity-backed businesses, and Family Offices.

She now operates as a Portfolio CFO through her own firm, Amana Partners, supporting high-growth businesses in both the UK and the UAE.

Katie is passionate about working with ambitious Executive Teams to unlock growth potential, developing high-performing teams, and building competitive businesses with integrity.

Outside of work, Katie is a keen runner and has completed five marathons. She’s also a big fan of the office dogs.
