Raised in Casablanca and now London based, Aymen brings a globally minded, people-first approach to landlord relations and renewals. A graduate in Real Estate (RICS-accredited), he pairs technical grounding in valuation, leasing and compliance with the calm, commercial communication style needed to move transactions from first conversation to signed agreement.

Aymen joined Apex in September 2025 after a successful summer within our New Business team, where he supported appraisals, inspections and the preparation of Guaranteed Rent Agreements. In Client Relations he is the day-to-day point of contact for landlords and agents, shaping clear Heads of Terms, coordinating compliance, and ensuring each property is managed to the standard our partners expect. Multilingual in Arabic, French and English, he is adept at navigating multi-stakeholder deals across councils, landlords and agents, keeping timelines tight and outcomes predictable.

Outside work he balances a creative streak with a love of learning, spending time on music and long-form health and science podcasts; he is also into fashion, photography and animals.
