Anthony leads the legal training function at Apex and provides strategic support across complex tenancy, property, and general litigation matters.

With a diverse legal background spanning landlord/tenant and licensee/licensor disputes, HMO legislation, and both commercial and residential evictions, Anthony brings a depth of expertise to the team. His experience also includes public law issues and, earlier in his career, service as a magistrate, giving him a strong grounding in judicial reasoning and dispute resolution.

At Apex, Anthony plays a central role in shaping legal understanding, strengthening compliance and legal best practice.

Outside of work, Anthony is a classical music enthusiast and regular concertgoer. He also has a passion for maths and enjoys the strategic challenge of chess.
