Amy oversees the legal department and handling of all legal matters relating to evictions, escalated tenancy disputes, and housing compliance.

She joined Apex in March 2024 as part of the company’s expanding legal function, bringing with her a solid foundation in conveyancing and a growing specialism in housing law. Amy began her legal career in 2022, working in property transactions before moving into litigation and tenancy matters. She is currently completing her solicitor training, with a focus on property and housing law.

Outside of work, Amy is a keen skier and Pilates enthusiast. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she’s currently training for her first sprint triathlon, balancing swim, cycle, and run sessions around her work schedule.
