Adam oversees and manages the entire lettings team and all associated functions, including confirming new agreements and ensuring properties meet required standards and compliance.

He joined Apex in May 2024 following a major restructure of the leadership team at Apex, bringing with him over a decade of experience managing several central London offices as part of the well-established agency Portico, part of the Leaders Romans Group (LRG).

Outside of work, Adam is a regular theatre-goer, Chelsea FC supporter, and keen gardener, growing his own veg on an allotment. He’s also an avid traveller; one of his recent trips saw him self-drive across India in a glorified cake tin (a 145cc autorickshaw), travelling more than 4,500km from the southern tip of the country all the way to the Himalayan foothills, all while raising money for the Darjeeling Children’s Trust, a charity Adam now regularly supports.
