By requesting this reservation, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the local authority and that the property will remain reserved, with the nightly rate payable, until Apex receives an official cancellation email from you or your team. Any occupant placed in the property following this reservation is understood to be housed under Section 188 of the Housing Act 1996, unless otherwise advised. Where lift access is advertised, the local authority acknowledges that Apex has no control over its functionality, and Apex accepts no liability if the lift becomes unavailable during the booking.
