You will need to send us an EPC, EICR and if applicable a gas safety certificate. Any property that shares a communal entrance will also need a Fire Risk Assessment.
5. SIGN OUR GRA
You will need to sign our Guaranteed
Rent Agreement.
6. HAND US KEYS
We will require the same number of keys as there are bedrooms, plus one more for us so we can access the property for day-to-day management.
