We’re looking for a range of furnished and unfurnished properties ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, houses, flats and maisonettes.
Rent depends on the size and location of your property and we provide a valuation on initial inspection and free inventory with photos on all properties we manage for landlords.
To ensure rental properties meet quality standards, we ask landlords to ensure their properties are safe, clean and in a good state of repair to meet the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. And we’re happy to provide repair services to bring your property up to scratch if needed.
Smoke detectors on each floor and building insurance cover is mandatory.
We look after any tenant disputes and evictions and make arrangements for all utility and council tax bills to be transferred to, and paid by, occupiers.
