We’re seeking rental properties

If you own a single property or a large portfolio in London, and are looking for guaranteed rent and a stress-free management service, then we’d like to hear from you. Benefits to landlords include:

Landlords

We’re looking for a range of furnished and unfurnished properties ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, houses, flats and maisonettes.

Rent depends on the size and location of your property and we provide a valuation on initial inspection and free inventory with photos on all properties we manage for landlords.

To ensure rental properties meet quality standards, we ask landlords to ensure their properties are safe, clean and in a good state of repair to meet the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. And we’re happy to provide repair services to bring your property up to scratch if needed.

Smoke detectors on each floor and building insurance cover is mandatory.

We look after any tenant disputes and evictions and make arrangements for all utility and council tax bills to be transferred to, and paid by, occupiers.

Agents

We’re happy to take on referrals from agents who have properties that don’t quite meet their business requirements. We pay incentives for every property we take on, which is subject to increase if you refer a minimum of three properties in any calendar month. Our requirements:

  • Properties must be in a good state of repair and meet our minimum standards
  • Agents must have authority to award a lease on the property
  • We only offer a fully managed service for self-contained properties

Councils

Our Operations Director brings over 25 years local leadership experience to our property management and social housing service. And we work closely with local authorities as a trusted provider of quality housing initiatives that include:

  • Long Lease Scheme – ideal if you need a long-term, low-cost solution which is costed below the current LHA rates.
  • Temp2Settled – a new scheme that is the first affordable and flexible end-to-end housing solution designed to minimise disruption to family life by placing families in accommodation with no multiple moves. Temp2Settled converts from nightly-paid temporary accommodation to full PRS discharge, reducing the total cost compared to current housing processes.

For family wellbeing we provide all tenants the following:

  • Quarterly property inspections to identify repairs and refurbishments
  • A handbook with standards checklist and tips on caring for the property
  • Useful and emergency contact numbers
  • An outline of your responsibilities and Apex’s responsibilities
  • A quarterly satisfaction questionnaire to provide us with insights on how to further improve our service and your housing experience
